Self triggers, slowwww progressive triggers, and a really fun “Countdown Hand” suggestion where the number of fingers Ash sees directly affects how sleepy (or awake) she feels.
Lots of fun resistance play too, having Ash believe that we’ve not started, and that she’s perfectly in control of herself… but then seeing the growing bemusement on her face when she tries to do one thing and ends up doing another is pretty darn entertaining.
